Travel Surgical Tech in Canton, GA

A Travel Surgical Technician will support labor and delivery recovery procedures in a hospital setting on a 16-week contract in Canton, Georgia. The unit serves obstetric patients in an acute care hospital.

• Prepare the sterile field and procedure room setup
• Assist during cesarean and other obstetric procedures
• Pass instruments, supplies, and specimens to the team
• Maintain sterile technique and count accuracy
• Clean, restock, and organize surgical trays and supplies
• Support room turnover and case readiness

• 2 years of recent surgical technology experience
• AHA BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program
• Strong sterile technique and surgical assisting skills

• NBSTA certification
• NCCT certification
