Travel Sterile Processing Tech in Seneca, SC

A Travel Sterile Processing Technician will support instrument decontamination, assembly, and sterilization in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seneca, South Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics and includes hospital equipment management across departments.

• Clean and decontaminate surgical instruments and hospital equipment
• Inspect, assemble, wrap, and label instrument sets and trays
• Operate washers, sterilizers, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment
• Monitor steam and Sterrad sterilization processes and biological indicators
• Process loaner trays, scope reprocessing, and case cart preparation
• Maintain proper handling, organization, and documentation of supplies and instruments

• BLS certification
• CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification
• 2 years of sterile processing experience
• Prior travel experience
• Acute care hospital experience
• Aseptic technique and sterile processing skills

• Community hospital experience
• Robotics and orthopedic instrument processing
• Urology, vascular, and transplant instrument sets
• Sterile Processing Microsystem experience
