Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Sarasota, FL

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide home health speech therapy in Sarasota, Florida on a 13-week contract. The caseload includes adolescent through geriatric patients in skilled home care, with about 6 visits per day and Epic charting.

• Complete speech-language evaluations and reassessments
• Manage dysphagia, voice, fluency, and hearing-related care
• Provide aural rehabilitation and functional maintenance programs
• Teach patients and families safe home strategies
• Document visits, care plans, and billing accurately
• Support oral motor, swallowing, and communication goals

• Florida Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of home health Speech Language Pathology experience
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for home visits
• Prior travel experience
