Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Worcester, MA

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a long term care nursing home setting in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a 13-week contract with electronic documentation and evidence-based practice.

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop and update treatment plans based on patient progress
• Document assessments, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries
• Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers
• Communicate patient progress and barriers with the care team
• Support standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
• Assist with care conferences, reviews, and required meetings

• Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
