Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Worcester, MA

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing home on a 13-week contract in Worcester, Massachusetts.

• Screen and evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized plans of care and update treatment goals
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor progress with standardized assessments
• Document treatment minutes, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Consult with patients, families, caregivers, and the care team
• Communicate treatment barriers and outcomes with the supervisor and other clinicians
• Support student and clinical fellow speech-language pathologists and attend care conferences

• Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Graduation from an accredited speech-language pathology program
