A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Lodi, California. The role supports interdisciplinary care for patients needing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing care.

• Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Document findings, services, and response to care
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and other team members
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home strategies

• California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Experience with adult acute care patients
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
