Travel Speech Language Pathologist in New London, NH

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat referred patients in a rehabilitation unit at a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in New London, New Hampshire. The caseload is primarily geriatric and includes acute, swing, and outpatient care.

• Evaluate referred patients and complete therapy assessments
• Plan and deliver speech, language, voice, and cognitive treatment
• Provide modified barium swallow studies and swallow therapy support
• Document findings, progress, and discharge recommendations
• Teach patients and families on care plans and home exercise programs
• Coordinate with physicians and the care team on referrals and goals
• Maintain equipment safety and department cleanliness

• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Certificate of Clinical Competence
• New Hampshire speech-language pathologist license
• Compact speech-language pathologist license accepted
