Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Baker City, OR

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient rehab unit at a critical access hospital in Baker City, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The role serves both inpatient and outpatient therapy needs.

• Evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy for pediatric and adult patients
• Document progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on strategies
• Collaborate with the care team

• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license
• BLS certification
• Experience with pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient therapy
