Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Baker City, OR

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy in an outpatient rehab unit at a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Baker City, Oregon. Pediatric and adult clients are seen across inpatient and outpatient therapy.

• Evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust goals
• Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients
• Document progress and communicate with the care team
• Support inpatient and outpatient rehab services
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs

• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
• BLS certification
• Pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient therapy experience
• Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Graduation from an accredited speech-language pathology program
