Travel SICU RN in Salem, VA

A Travel Surgical Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care for surgical patients in an acute care hospital in Salem, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The 12-bed unit uses Meditech and commonly cares for patients at 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 ratios with advanced monitoring and support equipment.

• Monitor and reassess surgical critical care patients
• Administer and titrate therapies per protocols
• Support drains and central line procedures
• Manage patients on CRRT, IABP, and Impella support
• Track changes and escalate concerns promptly
• Document care in Meditech and coordinate with the team

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• ICU experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
