Travel SICU RN in Salem, VA

A Travel Surgical Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for surgical critical care patients in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia. The unit has 12 beds, uses Meditech, and supports complex care with advanced monitoring and circulatory support equipment.

• Monitor surgical ICU patients with complex critical care needs
• Assess hemodynamic status and respond to changes in condition
• Manage drains, lines, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Support CRRT, IABP, Impella, and similar therapies
• Document care in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• ICU experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Surgical experience
