Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Walla Walla, WA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support respiratory and neuro diagnostics in an acute care hospital in Walla Walla, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics, uses Epic, and is in a Level III trauma center. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide respiratory care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Assist with ventilator management and weaning
• Set up and monitor high flow, BiPAP, and CPAP support
• Perform airway care, suctioning, and tracheostomy management
• Collect and interpret ABGs and sputum specimens
• Support trauma, delivery, sedation, cardioversion, and cath lab care

• Washington Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• 1 year of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Adult critical care, trauma, and emergency respiratory care skills

• NRP
• Neonatal and pediatric critical care experience
• High-risk delivery support
• Teaching hospital or community hospital experience
