Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Richland, WA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support respiratory care in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Richland, Washington. It serves neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics and uses Epic charting. The role supports airway, ventilation, and diagnostic respiratory services across the unit.

• Administer aerosolized treatments and inhaled medications
• Collect and interpret arterial blood gases
• Assist with intubation, extubation, and bronchoscopy
• Manage ventilator support, HFNC, CPAP, and BiPAP
• Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway maintenance
• Deliver chest physiotherapy and pulmonary hygiene

• Washington state Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience

• Adult critical care experience
• NICU experience
• Pediatrics experience
• Trauma Level II experience
