Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Edmonds, WA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care and diagnostic support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Edmonds, Washington. The setting includes adult critical care, an emergency department, a level 2 NICU, and Epic charting; first-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess respiratory status and respond to patient needs
• Assist with intubation, extubation and airway management
• Deliver oxygen therapy, HFNC, BiPAP and CPAP support
• Monitor mechanical ventilation and troubleshoot high-pressure alarms
• Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning and specimen collection
• Support adult critical care, emergency and NICU respiratory care

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Washington Respiratory Therapist license or active compact license
• BLS, ACLS and PALS
• 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Adult critical care and emergency department respiratory care
• Community hospital experience
