Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in South Carolina

A Travel Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care for neonates, infants, and children in Charleston, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit serves NICU Level 4 and pediatric cardiac patients, uses Epic, and is part of a Magnet, teaching, Level 1 trauma hospital.

• Assess respiratory status across neonatal and pediatric patients
• Deliver oxygen, aerosol, and ventilator support
• Assist with airway management and extubation
• Support NICU and pediatric critical care therapies
• Monitor response to treatment and communicate changes
• Document care in Epic

• Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license at start
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• 3 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant experience
• NICU and pediatric critical care experience
• Extubation experience

• Epic experience
• Bronchoscopy experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Level 1 trauma experience
