Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Florence, SC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory diagnostics and therapy in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The role cares for neonates through geriatrics and uses Epic charting.

• Deliver respiratory therapy across inpatient areas
• Evaluate patients and interpret ABGs
• Assist with intubation, extubation, and airway support
• Manage ventilator weaning and noninvasive ventilation
• Administer inhaled medications and respiratory treatments
• Perform tracheostomy care and specimen collection

• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license at start
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential; BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications at start
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Recent critical care experience
• Community hospital experience
• Epic charting experience

• High-risk delivery support
• Bronchoscopy and nitric oxide support
• NICU or pediatric critical care experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience
