Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Florence, SC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital respiratory therapy and pulmonary function testing unit on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The unit serves neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics and uses Epic charting.

• Deliver respiratory care across inpatient areas
• Assess respiratory status and interpret ABGs
• Assist with ventilator management and weaning
• Administer inhaled medications and oxygen therapy
• Support airway management, suctioning and tracheostomy care
• Respond to acute changes in patient condition

• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications
• 2 years of recent critical care experience
• Epic charting experience
• Community hospital and prior travel experience

• High-risk delivery support

• NICU and pediatric critical care
• Trauma level I or II experience
