Travel Radiation Therapist in Napa, CA

A Travel Radiation Therapist will provide radiation therapy care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Napa, California. The unit uses Epic, supports adult and geriatric patients, and has 2 rooms with a daily caseload of 20 patients per machine. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Deliver radiation treatments for adult and geriatric patients
• Prepare patients for simulation and treatment setup
• Verify positioning with CBCT, kV and mV imaging
• Support SRS and SBRT treatment workflows
• Operate the CT simulator and assist with treatment planning coordination
• Document care and patient responses in Epic

• ARRT (T) certification
• California state license, pending accepted
• 1 year of radiation therapy experience
• Adult outpatient radiation therapy experience
• CBCT, kV and mV imaging experience

• Epic charting system experience
• SRS and SBRT experience
• Adult acute care radiation therapy experience
• Respiratory gating experience
