Travel Radiation Therapist in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Radiation Therapist will provide radiation therapy support in an acute care hospital radiation oncology unit on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The role serves about 12 to 15 patients a day and works with Mosaiq or Elekta equipment in a radiation oncology setting.

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to the care plan
• Prepare patients and position them for treatment
• Operate treatment equipment and support Mosaiq or Elekta workflows
• Assist with HDR procedures and radiation oncology workflow under physicist direction
• Monitor patient response and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation

• 2 years of recent radiation therapy experience
• ARRT Radiation Therapy certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Mosaiq or Elekta experience
