Travel Radiation Therapist in Eureka, CA

A Travel Radiation Therapist Registered Technologist will provide radiation oncology care for adults and geriatrics in an acute care hospital in Eureka, California on a 13-week contract. Epic charting and a patient mix that includes breast, prostate, lung, and head and neck cancer are part of the work. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Deliver external beam treatments
• Assist with SRS, SBRT, and IMRT setup and delivery
• Perform simulation support and treatment verification
• Use imaging guidance and respiratory gating
• Maintain radiation safety precautions
• Educate patients and families

• ARRT T certification
• BLS certification
• One year of radiation therapy experience
• Epic charting experience
• Adult acute care and outpatient radiation therapy skills
