Travel Radiation Therapist in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Radiation Therapist will provide oncology treatment support in an acute care hospital on a 12-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The unit uses Mosaiq and Meditech documentation and supports a mixed oncology caseload with urgent radiation treatments.

• Deliver radiation therapy support for oncology patients
• Verify treatment setup with imaging guidance
• Assist with VMAT, 3D, SRS, and SBRT procedures
• Support emergency radiation treatments for urgent needs
• Coordinate with therapists and oncology staff during daily care
• Prepare patients for treatment and maintain accurate records

• 4 or more years of radiation therapist experience
• ARRT board certification
• BCLS certification
• Familiarity with setup verification imaging

• Linear accelerator experience
• Oncology treatment management system experience
