Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in a stepdown unit in Spokane, Washington for a 13-week contract. The role uses Epic in a teaching hospital and Level II trauma center. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and assess rhythm changes
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Provide care for chest pain, CHF, Afib RVR, and post-MI patients
• Manage central and peripheral lines, oxygen support, and airway devices
• Perform post-cath and post-cardiac procedure care
• Collaborate with rapid response and support teams

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of progressive care, stepdown, or PCU experience
• Epic charting experience
• Skill in titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips

• Previous charge experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Renal transplant, seizure disorder, skin graft, or TURP care
