Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Salt Lake City, UT

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital progressive care unit under a 13-week contract in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 34-bed unit uses EPIC, has 4:1 ratios, and supports cardiac and neuro patients in a comprehensive stroke, chest pain, and Level II trauma setting.

• Monitor telemetry and assess rhythm changes
• Provide care for cardiac, neuro, and progressive care patients
• Manage vasoactive drips within unit scope
• Assist with chest tubes and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Support patients after cardiac procedures
• Participate in rapid response care and bedside rounding

• Current Utah Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Telemetry interpretation skills
• Progressive care, cardiac, and neuro patient experience
• Experience with vasoactive drips, chest tubes, and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
