Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a neuro stepdown unit during a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The 30-bed unit mixes acute care and stepdown patients, uses Meditech, and supports stroke-related care, airway support, and drips.

• Monitor neuro stepdown and acute care patients
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips as directed
• Support airway and respiratory therapies, including high-flow oxygen and BiPAP
• Assist with lumbar puncture and chest tube procedures
• Document care in Meditech and update the care plan
• Coordinate with charge nurse, techs, and the secretary

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Strong acute care nursing, critical thinking, and time management skills

• Neuro stepdown experience
