Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide neuro stepdown care in a hospital in Nashville, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The unit has 30 beds, 4:1 stepdown ratios, Meditech charting, and stroke-focused care with ventilatory support and titrated cardiac drips.

• Monitor neuro and cardiac status
• Administer medications and titrated drips
• Support high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and trach care
• Assist with lumbar puncture and chest tube procedures
• Coordinate bedside handoff and daily huddles
• Collaborate with the charge nurse, techs, and secretary
• Provide patient education and support recovery goals

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Neuro stepdown experience
