Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The 20-bed unit uses Meditech and serves telemetry, stroke, and trauma patients with a 6:1 ratio.

Tech support is available on day and night shifts, and the unit offers bedside equipment for cardiac monitoring, oxygen support, and feeding assistance.

• Provide direct care for progressive care patients
• Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and patient response
• Administer medications and coordinate plan of care
• Start IVs and assist with bedside procedures
• Manage basic wound care and surgical drains
• Support nasogastric and chest tube care
• Document care in the charting system

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Med-surg or progressive care experience
• IV insertion, wound care, and tube management skills
