Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care on a neuro stepdown unit in Nashville, Tennessee for a 13-week contract. The unit includes 22 acute care beds and 8 stepdown beds, uses Meditech, and supports stroke care.

• Monitor neuro stepdown patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips, oxygen support, and respiratory therapies
• Assist with lumbar puncture and chest tube placement
• Perform bedside handoff, daily huddles, and patient updates
• Collaborate with charge nurse, techs, and unit secretary
• Support stroke care and acute care patients as needed

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Acute care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Neuro stepdown experience
