Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Florence, SC

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in a stepdown unit at a hospital on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The unit has 12 beds, uses Epic, and works with a 1:4 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs
• Administer cardiac, respiratory, and IV therapies
• Manage central, peripheral, and PICC lines
• Support oxygen delivery and non-invasive airway care
• Provide wound care and blood product support
• Assist with rapid response and code events

• Active South Carolina or compact Registered Nurse license in hand
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 2 years of Progressive Care Unit, stepdown, or telemetry experience
• Cardiac telemetry, IV, and line management skills

• NIHSS
• Epic charting experience
• Neuro stepdown experience
