Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Canton, OH

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care on a cardiac step down unit for a 13-week contract in Canton, Ohio. The role supports adult telemetry patients in an acute care hospital and uses Epic charting.

• Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms
• Assess adult progressive care patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with the care team
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Respond to changes in patient status
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale certification before start
• 12 months combined permanent progressive care experience
• Epic charting experience
• Telemetry rhythm recognition skills
