Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for cardiac stepdown and telemetry patients in a hospital in Anchorage, Alaska on a 13-week contract. The unit has 34 beds, uses Epic, and works with bedside monitoring, defibrillation, and pacing equipment.

• Monitor telemetry and identify rhythm changes
• Assess cardiac stepdown patients and update plans of care
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse and team
• Assist with cardioversion and TEE procedures
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Telemetry competency

• Cardiovascular background
