A Travel Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse will provide perioperative nursing care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Arcata, California. The role supports patients before surgery and through immediate recovery.

• Assess patients before procedures
• Prepare patients for surgery and recovery
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status
• Support airway, pain, and nausea management
• Coordinate care with anesthesia and surgical teams
• Document assessments and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on perioperative expectations

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years of nursing experience
