Travel PICU RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care for pediatric patients in a children's hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana on a 13-week contract. The unit serves infants, pediatrics, and adolescents and uses Cerner charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess and monitor critically ill pediatric patients
• Administer blood products and support transfusion care
• Manage ventilated patients and airway-related care
• Maintain central lines and PICC lines
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Follow infection control and isolation precautions
• Collaborate with the pediatric care team

• Indiana Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• PALS
• 2 years of PICU experience
• Pediatric dosage calculations and ventilated patient care
• Blood product administration, central line care, PICC line care, and dysrhythmia management

• Cerner charting system experience
