Travel PICU RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care for pediatric patients in a hospital PICU on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The 20-bed unit uses Meditech charting, bedside monitoring, and IV infusion pumps, with patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2.

• Monitor critically ill children and respond to changes
• Support conscious sedation care
• Manage respiratory failure support and airway monitoring
• Maintain central line care and IV therapy
• Administer medications and titrated infusions
• Collaborate with the care team on pediatric intensive care plans

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1-year current PICU Registered Nurse experience
• BLS and PALS certification

• Post-op cardiac experience
• Venipuncture skills
