Travel Physical Therapist in Seattle, WA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses PointClickCare, and works with a 1:5 ratio.

• Evaluate mobility, balance, strength, and functional status
• Plan and deliver treatment to improve transfers, gait, and daily function
• Assist with skilled nursing facility rehabilitation care for adults and geriatrics
• Document progress and treatment updates in PointClickCare
• Coordinate goals with the rehab team and other care providers
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility

• Washington Physical Therapist license or pending license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience
• PointClickCare charting system experience

• Acute care, cardiopulmonary, or neurology experience
• Geriatrics, home health, or LTAC experience
• Rehabilitation hospital, teaching hospital, or community hospital experience
• Previous charge experience
