Travel Physical Therapist in Davenport, WA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care for patients after injury or surgery in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Davenport, Washington. The caseload is about 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient, with collaboration across therapy and care teams.

• Assess movement, function, and treatment needs
• Develop individualized therapy plans
• Guide therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Provide hands-on manual therapy
• Document care plans, progress, and patient response
• Communicate updates with families and care team members

• Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current Washington state Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Experience working directly with patients in a long term care or hospital setting
• Documentation, verbal communication, and teamwork skills
