Travel Physical Therapist in Corvallis, OR

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional independence needs in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Corvallis, Oregon. The role serves rehab patients across neurological, pediatric, women's health, lymphedema, and wheelchair fitting services. The setting includes a level 2 trauma center and outpatient clinic space with adult and pediatric gyms.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and gait training
• Support rehabilitation for neurological, pediatric, and women's health needs
• Assist with lymphedema care and wheelchair fitting
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and safe mobility
• Document care and coordinate with the rehabilitation team

• Current active Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
