Travel Physical Therapist in Seaside, OR

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide home health therapy services in a 13-week contract in Seaside, Oregon. The caseload is 1:1, with up to 6 patients per day, and the work uses Oasis with EPIC Remote Client and Rover. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate home health patients and mobility goals
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and functional training
• Instruct patients and families on home programs
• Document visits, progress, and outcomes in Oasis
• Coordinate care with the home health team

• Oregon Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Any charting system experience
