Travel Physical Therapist in San Ramon, CA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide home health therapy during a 13-week contract in San Ramon, California, serving patients in their homes across an assigned territory.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver treatment focused on mobility, strength, balance, and gait
• Reassess progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Document visits and communicate with physicians and the care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safe mobility
• Support discharge planning and transition to ongoing care

• Current active California Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration
