A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in a 13-week contract at a nursing home in Ranger, Texas. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain function in a long-term care unit.

• Assess patients using history, examination, and functional testing
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and physician orders
• Provide treatment to improve mobility, strength, and daily function
• Reassess response to therapy and adjust interventions as needed
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education throughout care
• Document care clearly and accurately within required timeframes
• Supervise ancillary staff and students when appropriate
