Travel Physical Therapist in Plano, TX

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide one-on-one rehabilitation care in an acute care hospital and inpatient rehabilitation setting on a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas. The role supports Level 1 trauma, neuroscience, ICU, ECMO, burn, oncology, orthopedics and spine patients and charts in Meditech.

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional status
• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments
• Guide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and transfer training
• Use therapy equipment to support recovery and mobility goals
• Document care and progress in the electronic record
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team on care plans

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• 1+ year of acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

• Level 1 trauma acute care experience
