Travel Physical Therapist in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient rehabilitation care on a 13 week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit has 32 beds and uses Meditech for charting.

• Evaluate patient function and mobility
• Develop and carry out therapy treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Document progress and treatment response in the chart
• Collaborate with nurses and the rehabilitation team
• Use standard inpatient rehab equipment and techniques

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation
• Team-oriented communication and flexibility

• Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience
