A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a long-term care unit in Pampa, Texas on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and supporting daily function and mobility for older adults.

• Evaluate patient history, movement, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized plans of care with therapy goals
• Select and adjust treatment techniques based on patient response
• Reassess progress and update discharge plans throughout care
• Document treatment clearly and within required timeframes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility goals
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise support staff and students

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
