Travel Physical Therapist in Cypress, TX

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Cypress, Texas. The role supports an inpatient rehab unit with a caseload of 4 to 6 patients and uses Meditech charting.

• Evaluate patients and build treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapy to support mobility, strength, and function
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activity progression
• Track patient response and adjust care plans
• Document treatment, progress, and discharge needs
• Collaborate with the care team on rehab goals

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• BLS and CPR certification
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
