Travel Physical Therapist in Decatur, TX

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a hospital setting on a 12-week contract in Decatur, Texas. The unit supports acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient rehab, uses Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth, and works with mobility and exercise equipment. Collaboration with ST, OT, and physicians is important.

• Evaluate and treat patients across acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient rehab
• Develop and update individualized therapy plans
• Assist with mobility, transfer, and gait training
• Use therapy equipment to support recovery and conditioning
• Document patient care and progress in the EMR
• Collaborate with ST, OT, physicians, and the care team

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Outpatient clinic experience
• Neurological patient experience
