Travel Physical Therapist in Purcell, OK

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a long term care nursing home on a 13-week contract in Purcell, Oklahoma. The role supports patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, using standardized assessments and electronic documentation.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Apply manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities and assistive devices
• Support wound care within the rehabilitation plan
• Track progress, adjust treatments and document treatment minutes
• Educate patients, families, caregivers and other team members
• Prepare discharge summaries and coordinate with the care team
• Support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides and students

• Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
