Travel Physical Therapist in Oklahoma City, OK

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Patients may include people with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs. The role uses evidence-based treatment, standardized assessments, and supportive devices.

• Screen and evaluate patients with mobility and physical functioning needs
• Develop and adjust plans of care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
• Provide therapeutic exercise, ambulation training, manual techniques, and modalities
• Support wound care and use of assistive or supportive devices
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans and progress
• Document treatment, outcomes, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Collaborate with the care team and support assistants or students

• Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical therapy assessment, treatment, and care planning skills
• Documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
