Travel Physical Therapist in Plymouth, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care in a hospital unit for a 13-week contract in Plymouth, New Hampshire. The caseload centers on orthopedics, sports medicine, and post-surgical recovery. Hands-on care includes manual therapy, dry needling, exercise, and other modalities.

• Evaluate outpatient musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Deliver manual therapy, dry needling, and soft tissue techniques
• Guide therapeutic exercise for mobility, strength, and function
• Apply modalities such as e-stim, ultrasound, iontophoresis, and taping
• Assess gait, balance, orthotics, and vestibular needs
• Coordinate care with physicians and surgeons

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license, compact license accepted
• BLS certification
