Travel Physical Therapist in Derry, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital in Derry, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The unit averages 10 patients and uses Meditech Expanse.

• Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients with mobility and functional needs
• Develop and adjust therapy plans based on patient response and goals
• Prioritize caseloads and coordinate care with the interprofessional team
• Document treatments and progress in the electronic record
• Educate patients and families on safe mobility and discharge needs
• Collaborate with PT and OT during co-treatment when appropriate

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Acute inpatient physical therapy experience
• Evaluation and treatment skills with strong caseload prioritization
