Travel Physical Therapist in Manchester, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient evaluation and treatment in a hospital setting in Manchester, New Hampshire for a 13-week contract. The unit uses routine outpatient PT equipment, 1:1 patient visits, and ReDoc charting.

• Assess patients and provide outpatient physical therapy services
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and other routine interventions
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in ReDoc
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, PTA, and support staff
• Monitor patient response and adjust care as needed

• BLS certification
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program

• Vestibular therapy experience
