Travel Physical Therapist in Manchester, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient evaluations and treatment in an acute care hospital on a 12 week contract in Manchester, New Hampshire. The unit serves cardiac, vascular and orthopedic patients and uses Sunrise Allscripts.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
• Assist with mobility training and therapeutic exercise
• Document care in the charting system
• Collaborate with the therapy team on patient progress
• Support safe use of rehab equipment and transfer aids
• Educate patients and families on discharge mobility needs

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Acute care physical therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
