Travel Physical Therapist in Keene, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care for adult patients in Keene, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The role treats one patient at a time with 45-minute evaluations and 30- to 45-minute treatment sessions.

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and progress
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and general PT modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management
• Monitor response to treatment and adjust interventions as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• BLS
• Compact license accepted
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Competency with standard Physical Therapist modalities
